Behaviour Design Group is the data controller for the personal data we receive in connection with an inquiry or job application.

When you contact us, register for a course, or apply for a job, we ask for one or more of the following pieces of information:

- Resume (for job applications)
- Company Information
3. Legal Basis
All processing of collected personal data is based on the consent you provide when you fill out our contact form or apply for a position with us.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose.

Behaviour Design Group may disclose personal data to companies that process personal data on behalf of Behaviour Design Group, i.e., data processors. These may include, for example, our IT service providers. However, Behaviour Design Group is always responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed correctly.
