Terms and Conditions
Courses – Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies
The following rules apply to cancellations and rescheduling of training courses at Behaviour Design Group Sweden AB (BDG)
1. Open courses (both in-person and online)
- Registration is binding as soon as BDG has accepted the booking and sent confirmation that the participant has been admitted to the course. Cancellations must always be made in writing to BDG.
- If a cancellation is made 2–4 weeks before the start of the course, the client must reimburse BDG for 50% of the course fee.
- If a cancellation is made less than two weeks before the start of the course, the client must reimburse BDG for 100% of the course fee.
- If you are unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to another person at the same company after consulting with BDG.
- Rescheduling to a different course session may only be done once and no later than 14 days before the course starts. In the event of illness, later cancellations or rescheduling may be permitted if requested in writing to customer service and a doctor’s note is submitted within 30 days. A new doctor’s note is required for each rescheduling. The original invoice must be paid when rescheduling.
2. Change in the Implementation of Open Courses
- BDG reserves the right to cancel a course, in which case any fees that have been paid will be refunded. No additional compensation will be paid.
- BDG reserves the right to change the course location before the course begins. Information regarding any change in location will be sent out well in advance of the course start date.
- If the number of participants is too low for a course session, BDG reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a scheduled course two weeks before the course start date. If a course is canceled, the participant will not be charged. We are not liable for any costs incurred by the participant as a result of the course cancellation and otherwise apply the provisions of the Swedish Sale of Goods Act.
3. Terms of Payment
- All payments are made by invoice. Payment terms: 30 days. Payment must be made to BDG’s bankgiro number 5258-6609, specifying the OCR number.
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate billing information when placing an order. We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of 500 SEK if billing information is changed after the invoice has been sent to the customer. If the invoice is past due, the customer will be charged a reminder fee, late payment interest, and any collection fees.
- If payment is not received on time, a payment reminder will be sent, including a reminder fee and late payment interest. If payment is further delayed, a collection notice will be sent.
- BDG sends invoices shortly after the training session for open courses.
- Invoices are sent as PDF files or by regular mail.
3. Customized Corporate Training Programs
The cancellation and rescheduling policies are the same as those for open courses. However, billing is handled in accordance with a separately prepared quote and/or agreement.
