Team and Group Development
Take your team to new heights with targeted development
A well-functioning team is an invaluable asset to any organization. By investing in structured, evidence-based team development, you can improve collaboration, strengthen communication, and create a work environment where individuals not only thrive but also perform at their best. Team development is about unlocking the potential of both individuals and teams and establishing a shared direction toward the organization’s goals.
Depending on the purpose of the visit, you can expect, among other things:
- Greater psychological security and trust, which strengthen cooperation and commitment.
- Improved communication and clarity regarding roles and expectations.
- Improved performance and a stronger focus on shared goals.
- An independent, long-term approach in which the team can drive its own development forward.

Our Process
Our team development process is based on research and proven methods such as Susan Wheelan’s IMGD model, Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), and the Full Range Leadership Model (FRLM). These methods provide concrete tools for managing group dynamics, building trust, and fostering closer collaboration.
Step 1: Preparation and Needs Assessment
We begin by gaining a thorough understanding of your specific needs and circumstances. This involves reviewing existing materials, analyzing key performance indicators, and conducting in-depth interviews with both managers and team members.
Step 2: Developing a tailored strategy
The next step is to observe how often these behaviors occur at present in order to establish a baseline. We use behavioral analysis to understand and influence behaviors. In this step, we also ensure that the right conditions are in place within the organization to enable new behaviors to take root. Based on these analyses, an action plan for the development initiative is created.
Step 3: Implementation of the initiative
We are launching a development initiative within the organization with the aim of fostering and reinforcing key behaviors. At the same time, we are working to reduce competing behaviors. A key component of this initiative is to educate and train leaders in behavioral analysis-based leadership and leadership skills such as active listening and feedback, in order to achieve the desired results in team development.
Step 4: Knowledge Transfer and Sustainability
The final step is to evaluate the effectiveness of our team development initiative. We assess whether the desired behaviors have increased to a sustainable level and whether key performance indicators related to results have improved as a result of the initiative.
