Webinar Part 2: Overview of the SAFE Model

In this webinar, we’ll describe the SAFE model, which was developed by us at the Behaviour Design Group to help implement OBM in change projects in practice. The model is designed to create favorable conditions for a strong safety culture based on positive reinforcement.
